This is one of my favorites, since there are so many extremely unfair, customer-unfriendly terms in it. But that makes it particularly difficult to discuss all of it. Since I already have this EULA posted on the GripeLog in my EULA Reviews section, we cam try posting comments there to see if the blog comment engine works better for a job like this.
