Well so far I've been running Trend Micro’s PC-Cillin for about a year with no problems. I started using Trend Micro as a replacement for Symantec_NAV. I decided to make this switch after purchasing a year’s worth of updates/virus definitions, only it wasn’t really a years worth of updates because the version of Symantec_NAV that I was using became obsolete (less than 30 days after I purchased the year). I was holding off upgrading because of problems with the newer version. I thought I was being reasonable when I asked Symantec if they would reduce the purchase price by the amount that I had spent on the year's worth of updates OR add a year of updates to the new version (giving me two years worth of updates). Symantec's basic position about the problem was "Too bad, So sad".
