1. ACCEPTANCE OF YAHOO! TERMS

LAUNCHcast Plus ("LAUNCHcast Plus" or the "Service"), owned and operated by Yahoo! Inc. ("Yahoo!"), is a subscription Internet radio service that provides listeners with all of the functionality of the nonsubscription LAUNCHcast service with 4 key additional features:

(1) Commercial-free music (2) Moods (allowing you to focus your station on one or more genres) (3) Exclusive stations (additional niche stations not available on free service) (4) Community (allowing you to leverage profiles of similar music fans with “Influencers” feature)

The Service is provided to you under the terms and conditions of these LAUNCHcast Plus Additional Terms of Service (“Additional Terms”) that supplement the Yahoo! Terms of Service ("TOS") located at http://docs.yahoo.com/info/terms/ which are incorporated by reference. For clarity, LAUNCHcast Plus is a "Service" as defined in the Yahoo! Terms of Service. Yahoo! reserves the right to update and change, from time to time, these Additional Terms and all documents incorporated by reference. You can always find the most recent version of these Additional Terms at http://ordering.yahoo.com and the most recent versions of the Yahoo! Terms of Service at the URL listed above.

2. YAHOO! ID AND YAHOO WALLET REQUIREMENT

To access LAUNCHcast Plus, you must have a valid Yahoo! ID. You must also have a Yahoo! Wallet, which will save your credit card, billing and shipping information and other information (your "Registration Data"). If you do not have a Yahoo! ID or a Yahoo! Wallet, you will be prompted to complete the registration process for them before you can pay for the Service. You agree that (a) the credit card number and other information you provide on Yahoo! Wallet is valid, accurate, current and complete and (b) you will maintain and promptly update that information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete.

3. PAYMENT TERMS

The credit card that you provide as part of your Registration Data for Yahoo! Wallet will automatically and immediately be billed. Please note: If you have received a free offer for a specific number of days, then you will not be charged for the first time until after your free time period has ended.. All fees are non-refundable. All currency references are in U.S. dollars.

4. TERM AND TERMINATION

4.1. Payment for LAUNCHcast Plus

Payment for LAUNCHcast Plus occurs on a pre-pay basis and payment will be automatically renewed at the end of the term. Your billing term will depend upon which LAUNCHcast Plus membership plan you choose. For example, if you choose the monthly plan, you will be billed every month on the anniversary date of your registration. If you choose the yearly plan, you will be billed every year on the anniversary date of your registration. Please note: If you have received a free offer for a specific number of days, then you will not be charged for the first time until after your free time period has ended. Subsequent billing dates will be on the anniversary date of your first billing date.

4.2 Cancellation of LAUNCHcast Plus

You will have the ability to cancel your LAUNCHcast Plus membership at any time. Any such cancellation will result in the termination of your ability to access the Service at the end of the then-current term for which you have paid. If you cancel your LAUNCHcast Plus membership before the end of the term for which you paid, you will not receive a refund.

4.3 Termination

If (a) your credit card is invalid for any reason, (b) you charge back to your credit card the fees due under these Additional Terms, or (c) Yahoo! otherwise believes you have acted inconsistently with the spirit or letter of the TOS or these Additional Terms, your LAUNCHcast Plus account will be suspended or cancelled immediately and all the information contained within it wi 807150699122862372600795
